- education and strategies related to bladder problems which result in leakage or incontinence
- education and strategies related to reduced control of bowel function
- suggesting and applying for continence aids through external providers of continence products
- management of catheters
- educating others who care for people with continence problems.

Who is eligible?
Continence services are available to people who work, live or study in Latrobe City. We prioritise our services for people on low-medium incomes and holders of concession cards.
Continence services are available for people with eligible DVA referrals. All DVA referrals are home visits only.
Continence services are available for people with eligible TAC referrals.
