We may occasionally contact you via SMS to request feedback on your recent experience with an LCHS program or service. These messages will either come from the phone number 0439 112 547Â or display “LCHS” as the sender ID (with no option to reply via SMS). If you are unsure about the authenticity of an SMS claiming to be from LCHS and would still like to provide feedback, please use our online form below instead.
